For example, by sanitizing your kitchen regularly, you can keep your family safe from staph infection, E. Coli and Salmonella. All of these food borne illnesses can make you and your family misses work and school.

One place you may not think to clean is the inside of your reusable water bottle. The Huffington Post said that the moist space is a perfect place for germs to grow. You could be drinking germs and not even know it.
